We do accept day-of registrations!

Come join us for Tour de Whatcom, a fun charity bike ride in Whatcom County. Whatcom Events now manages the Tour de Whatcom. Whatcom Events is a community non-profit organization that also manages the Ski to Sea and the Muds to Suds events.

The rides are awesome. You get to see everything: Mt Baker, Lake Whatcom, valleys, rivers, lush farmland, beaches and Puget Sound all in one fairly level ride. Free pictures too. We will have a special Tour deWhatcom backdrop located in Fairhaven at the Village Green.  You can either take your picture with your own camera, or we can take it and send it to you via Facebook.   REI & Fairhaven Bike Club will be available for free safety checks and *quick* repairs (parts are at your expense). Motorcycles will be cruising the routes to make sure all are safe. Trucks are on call to pick up anyone needing a lift. $10 surcharge for day-of registrations so please register online. Beautiful ride for a great cause! Celebrate in Fairhaven after.

In 2012 we had 980 riders and raised over $20,000 for charities plus pledges! This is above and beyond the pledges that went directly to the "charity of your choice" for each rider. In 2013, the beneficiary of your ride is the WMBC-Whatcom Mountain Bike Coalition.

WMBC Whatcom
              Mountain Bike Coalition
Every year the WMBC coordinates hundreds of volunteers amounting to thousands of volunteer hours for the trails in Whatcom County. They have a strong youth involvement and work with the Bellingham School District, Lummi Nation Tribal School, Mt Baker School District, Ferndale School District, Boy Scouts of America for Eagle Scout Projects, among others.
